new addition to the family

My family is just budding and blossoming before my eyes. First, my wonderful Benjamin Franklin "Hawkeye" Piece joined me at approximately 5 pounds. He has been my hero, my life-saver, my everything. And, coming in at less than a pound, Walter "Radar" O'Reilly has joined the family. I couldn't be prouder. He's tiny, grey, with little red sides that like up when he moves and a red scroll button on top. He has made mine and Hawkeye's job so much easier. No, he doesn't have blue teeth. But for now, that's fine. I love Radar anyway.

Okay, so I feel like I'm constantly updating this puppy, but I guess I just can't stand it. I finally got my new computer! I'm so excited. His name is Benjamin Franklin Pierce, otherwise known as "Hawkeye," fondly named after my favorite TV character. Yes, I am a M*A*S*H "junkie." So, my dear Hawkeye and I are finally getting acquainted. Windows Vista is different. I'm still trying to adjust. But I think it will be fine. So, I'll sign off for now. I have more homework than I know what to do with, so I'm probably going to be up half the night as it is. Oh well. I guess that's the life of a college student. Bye for now.

A New Look

I know it's been a little while since I last posted. Things have been kind of busy between episodes of M*A*S*H and peanut and honey butter sandwiches. :) I know that sounds really bad. I've also been going to counseling, making occasional trips to Rexburg, and even had a wonderful day with my cousin Pamela Yukish who was just in town for a few days. We had a good time catching up...it's been a long time since we last talked. I've also been perfecting my Wii skills. We recently got a Wii Fit. It is one of the most ingenious inventions. I actually enjoy exercising for the first time in my life. We also found the best Wii game for Dad for Father's Day...Rayman Raving Rabbids. The game is hilarious. Steph and I have a great time playing the games together.

Just this weekend we had a shopping excursion in which I got new glasses. They're not the most practical glasses I've owned, but they're fun. I'm still not quite used to them, but that will come with time. And not the most practical picture of me in them, but it's fun. I wore my contacts, but I wanted to show them off. I'll have a better picture of them on here soon.
